What does Monday morning mean to you - do you have two minutes?
I'm hoping to create an effective method for 'working with wellness', so that the start of each week becomes positive and productive.
Monday mornings are traditionally associated with many negative connotations - and I want to change this by seeing how best we can embody a positive mindset that lasts all week.
