A Dickensian Twist...

 Clean as a whistle!

I am so starved of music, dancing, socialising and having a laugh (well maybe not laughing – my stupendously-marvellous comedy group provides plenty of that). But I will be grooving this Saturday afternoon in Exmouth’s Strand, but with a bit of an Oliver Twist – well something Dickensian!

Please welcome.....

Ebenezer Scrooge's second cousin thrice removed - Ebecleaner Scrooge (aka me) - is dusting off her glad rags to bring some additional sparkle and shine to the Exmouth Winter Festival.
She loves everything as CLEAN AS A WHISTLE...

Ebecleaner Scrooge is a recycled Victorian relic, but also an emcee at the outdoor festival. She comes armed with a Ken Dodd-like feather duster, a bottle of invisible cleaning fluid, invisible baubles and some clean jokes!

Joke: Q: Why did Scrooge put his clock in the bank?
A: To save time.

Why is it getting harder to buy Advent calendars? Their days are numbered!

Join Ebecleaner Scrooge and a host of choirs, live music, walkabout performers, a children’s lantern parade and the annual Christmas tree light switch on from 4:00 PM on 4th December. It's Exmouth's first festie of this kind organised by the lovely, Charlie Tapp, Arts Manager - Exmouth Town Council.
